Totul.io is a marketplace platform that connects buyers and sellers. We are not a party to any transaction between users.

5. User Content & Intellectual Property

When you post content on Totul.io (listings, reviews, messages, photos), you retain ownership of that content. However, you grant us a license to use it:

• You grant Totul.io a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on our platform.
• This license exists solely to operate and improve the Totul.io service.
• You can remove your content at any time by deleting your listings or account.
• Don't post content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights.

6. Prohibited Conduct

To keep Totul.io safe and trustworthy for everyone, the following activities are not allowed:

• Posting fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive listings.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users.
• Using the platform for any illegal purpose.
• Scraping, crawling, or automated collection of data from Totul.io.
• Attempting to circumvent security features or access restrictions.
• Creating fake accounts or manipulating reviews.
• Spamming other users with unsolicited messages.
• Interfering with the proper functioning of the platform.
• Impersonating another person or entity.
• Posting content that is obscene, defamatory, or violates any law.
